The Study Bible is a program for your computer which allows you to store the Bible and many helpful resources and study aids on your PC. It includes all the features of the Basic Bible such as viewing the Bible by selecting a passage, or by searching for a chosen word.
This program also allows you to view the relevant Matthew Henry Commentaries and Geneva Bible Notes for each verse that you are looking at. It is also possible to cross-reference a verse with other related verses in the Bible. All of these operations can be performed with a simple click of the mouse.
Another excellent feature of this program is its use of Greek and Hebrew lexicography. For each word used in the Bible you can find the original Greek/Hebrew word, seeing its original spelling and pronounciation. You will also be provided with statistics on how many times the original word appears in the Bible and all the different ways it has been translated into English.
Also included is the excellent Thompson's Chain Reference tool which allows you to find verses related to particular words, topics and subjects. Finally, there is also a copy of the American Tract Society Dictionary which gives definitions and explanations of most of the words used in the Bible.
As it is a large download I would recommend a download manager which can resume transfers if they fail before completion. My personal favourite is Gozilla.
